A: No problem, you can cancel anytime.

A: Perfect! We have a fundamentals program just for you!

A: Absolutely not. Our coaches will help you find workouts that fit your abilities.

Q: How does the free class work?
A: You arrange a time to come try a workout, and a personal coach will guide you through the whole thing!

Q: Why is CrossFit so expensive?
A: It's a bargain compared to hiring your own coach to plan your workouts and instruct you at every class!

Q: Is Crossfit dangerous?
A: Crossfit is much safer than most recreational sports. Our coaches make sure you're doing appropriate exercises to keep you safe.

Q: Any discounts?

A: Of course! You can get a deal by paying for a year up front, or by being a student or teen!
