Tomorrow will be a beautiful day for a Beach Workout. Arrive around 10:00, we'll setup and warmup together and start the workout at 11:00. We'll have a beach day with some "fun" games to follow. If you've never been to Tracadie beach follow the above map to Beach road, it will come to a dead end in the parking lot as shown in the first pic. Sunday July 31st, we will be having a Beach Workout/Fun Day. We'll meet at Tracadie Beach at 10am for a group warmup, followed by a workout starting at 11am. Similar to our daily programming there will be options for all fitness levels. Please sign up at the gym or let JT know by Friday if you plan on attending so we can put together a tentative heat schedule. We're a go for our 6pm track workout. The 1st CrossFit workout JT ever tried.
