Home WOD (day 1)

Every day we will post a workout you can do from home using only a dumbbell and a Jump rope.  Post your scores to SugarWOD and don't be shy with the virtual fist bumps.  Stay connected, we'll get through this together.  In addition to the daily WOD's we will add an additional running track aimed at helping you PR your 5k.


If you can, get yourself a dumbbell. (Spartan Fitness, SportChek, Canadian Tire) We will arrange a time Monday afternoon to allow members to come get your jump ropes or any of your gear you would like to have for home workouts.  We have a limited number of dumbbells but we will allow members to sign these out for home use.



Day 1

5 Rounds:

60 Double Unders

40 Step Back Lunges

20 Burpees



Equipment free:

5 Rounds:

60 Lateral Jumps *(over line)

40 Stap Back Lunges

20 Burpees


*use anything you can to make a line broomstick, towel, chalk, string, etc.
