Competition

Competitive Athletes will be starting a new 10 week strength cycle "Silverback".  The goal is to develop raw strength and increase your ability to use it through proper positioning and mobility.  A staple of this cycle will be "primers" and "body armour" on our heavy days (Mon/Wed/Fri)  to get the most of "Silverback" put in the work before and after class.
