Even: 30 Seconds Handstand Walk

 

Practice Example 3:

Odd: 5 Power Snatch (40%)
Even: 1 Rope Climb

 

Workout Example 1:

Min 1: 1:00 Row

Min 2: 10 GHD Sit-ups

Min 3: 1:00 Bike
