Member of the Week – Gena Stacy

Easily one of the most respected and admired members of Court 6 CrossFit, Gena Stacy truly is one of a kind. A simultaneously humble and remarkable person, Gena brings nothing but kindness and goodwill to our community.

When it comes to being a CrossFit athlete, Gena is the gold standard that everyone wants to emulate. She’s a motivator, a competitor, and a passionate practitioner of living a healthy lifestyle. She’s also extremely supportive and selfless. Personally, I can’t give Gena enough credit for what she’s done for me in my life, but in the context of this particular write-up, perhaps it is just fitting to say, “Thank you, Gena, for introducing me to CrossFit.”
