 Member of the Week - Ryan Deagle

 

Already an athlete and regular gym goer, in the summer of 2015 Ryan discovered CrossFit videos online and decided that what he saw looked like something he wanted to try. A quick Google search brought Ryan to Court 6 for a fundamentals program. The rest is pretty much history.

One of Court 6's greatest overall athletes (and that's saying something) Deagle's commitment to training smart has produced incredible results. His methodical approach to the programming is matched by the intensity level he brings to his workouts. Deagle trains with a purpose. Best of all - He's positive. He's friendly. He's a great guy to WOD with.
