Well, if you know Ellen Christie, then you know at least one of “those people.” A CrossFit community is built on a foundation of supportive members, and Court 6 is very fortunate to have Ellen as one of ours.
A gifted runner, Ellen understands well the commitment that living a healthy and active lifestyle requires. This commitment is on display every time Ellen enters Court 6. Her strict attention to movement standards and the complete and honest effort that she pours into every WOD run true to her personality. Ellen cares.
