Member of the Week: Mary Trainor

Several years ago, my wife (Brandy) convinced a slightly hesitant co-worker to give Court 6 CrossFit a try. Mary was already quite active – an avid cyclist, runner, and gym goer – but was concerned about some nagging injuries and how they’d impact her ability to complete CrossFit style workouts. Flash forward a few years and you’ll find that “hesitant” does not describe Mary in any way. One of our most committed and active members, Mary has made huge strides over her time at Court 6. She’s worked diligently to dial-in her nutrition and works incredibly hard every time she completes a WOD. Mary is also an important part of our overall gym community as she rarely misses the chance to participate in Court 6 events (whether social or fitness related). An absolute inspiration to those who WOD beside her, Mary is perhaps too humble to even realize the impact that she has on Court 6 daily. -Coach Mutt
