All Athletes

             1)  with a running clock...

                  A: 0:00-5:00, Build to a Heavy 1 Rep Front Squat

                  B: 5:00-10:00,Build to a Heavy 1 Rep Push Press

                  C: 10:00-15;00, Build to a Heavy 1 Rep Thruster

                  (Intention is to find a heavy, NOT max weight.)

              2) "Up Front"

                    EMOM x 10

                    Odd: 5 Thrusters (start at 50% and build)

                    Even: 200m Run

 

Comp)     Rx workouts 1 & 2 +

 

               3) Body Armor

                  3 sets:  10 kneeling DB Push Press

                               15 Romanian Deadlifts

                               20 Hollow Rocks

                               25 Glute Bridges

                               2:00 rest
