               40 Box Jumps

               30 Hanging Knee Raises

                40 Wall Balls

 

Rx) In teams of 2:

       60 Burpees  (Plank Hold)

       80 Box Jumps  (Wall Sit Hold)

       60 Toes to Bar  (Hollow Hold)

       80 Wall Balls  (DB Overhead Hold 35/20)

       *split the reps any way you like.  You may only accumulate reps while your partner is holding their position.  When you break a hold you must switch
