Comp)  1) Pausing Clean Deadlift + Power Clean 

                 1 at 50% (1RM Clean & Jerk)

                 1 at 55%

                 1 at 60%

                 1 at 65%

                 1 at 70%

                 then 7:00 to build to a Heavy single Power Clean
