15 AbMat Situps

300m Slow Row

 

10 Slow Pausing Overhead Squats with dowel

 

2 Rounds of Barbell Warmup (empty bar, 1:00 rest between)

5 Good Morning

5 Back Squats

5 Elbow Rotations

5 Strict Presses

5 Stiff leg Deadlifts

5 Front Squats
