Amazing start to The Open.  We had a successful day 1.  Everyone gave everything they had on Friday.  The goal for today is to speed up the recovery process, not slow it down with a challenging session today.  Skills and light conditioning will set us up for next week or another attempt at 17.1 Monday.

            2 Pausing Front Squats + Kipping HSPU

            Front Squats build from 60%- 75%, HSPU choose your #, but no more than 50% of your best set
