3) In a 3:00 window...

    75 Double Under buy in, followed by AMRAP

    5 Deadlifts, 5 Bar Facing Burpees

 

Choose weights for 1, 2 & 3  

1) should be on the lighter side, a weight you could cycle 25 times.  

2) should be moderate, a weight you can cycle 20 times

3) should be on the heavy side, a weight you could cycle 15 times when completely fresh
