Olympic Lifting 101 starts tonight 7pm. This will be the last go at this for a few months. If you would like to improve your lifts, getting back to basics on technique is the best way.

min 3: 50 Double Unders

2) 4 x 2:00 Row at 2k pace, (1:00 rest between)
