 Our first "Mom Wod" class is Tomorrow (Thursday) at 9am.  If you, or anyone you know is interested drop-in and give it a try.  Your first class is free.

       5 Burpees

       10 Sit ups

       15 Wall Balls

 

L2) Partner workout

      AMRAP 20:

      5 Burpees 

      10 V-Sits

      15 Wall Balls

      *Complete full rounds and switch

 

Comp) Recovery Day (if you're running this weekend, might be a good day for some of that.)
