While we were having pool parties, Coach Kevin was getting his Level 2.  Congrats Kevin!

 

L1)  5 Rounds

       5 Cleans

       5 Reverse Lunges (each leg)

       5 Push Press

           

L2)  with a running clock...

       mins 0-6, build to a heavy Hang Squat Clean

       mins 6-13, build to a heavy double Front Squat

       mins 13-21, build to a heavy triple Bench Press

       mins 21-28,  7 Min AMRAP (75/55)

                            10 Strict Press 

                            10 Reverse Lunges

                            10 Romanian Deadlift

 

Comp)  1) 1RM Clean, with 2sec pause 1" off the floor

              2) 2RM Front Squat

              3) 4x6 Back Squat, across

              4) 5 *Unbroken Rounds (95/65)

                  15 Push Press

                  12 Front Rack Reverse Lunge

                  9 Deficit Deadlifts 

                *each round must be completed as 36 unbroken reps, rest as little as possible between rounds
