We're a go for our 6pm track workout.
The 1st CrossFit workout JT ever tried. Don't underestimate it like he did.

Weather permitting (there is rain in the forecast) we will meet at UPEI track to do this as a group 6am, Noon & 6pm. Or go anytime and try it on your own.
We'll be back in the gym on Wednesday but the Spa is still closed so there will be spacial instructions on how to get in, so check the website tomorrow. Also the showers/locker room will be off limits.
