L2)  7 Rounds

       7 Thrusters 75/55

       7 Pull-ups

       7 Burpees

 

Comp)  "Bergeron Beep Test"

               EMOM for as long as possible...

               7 Thrusters 75/55

               7 Pull-ups

               7 Burpees

               (minimum work requirement, 10 Rounds.  Complete this workout for as long as possible as Rx'd.  then Rest as needed and continue until you've completed 10 rounds.)
