Changes to the schedule next week. There will be No Class this Sunday as we'll be doing some work on the gym. Starting Monday, the AM class will start at 5:45. We'll also be adding "Open Gym" hours Tuesday evening 7-9. This is a time to work on lifts that might be difficult to practice during busy class hours or to practice competition wods.
