L2)  1) EMOM x 10: 1 Clean & Jerk  (this is part of a weekly progressions, we'll do this EMOM every week for the next 4-6 weeks)

       2) 3x3 Front Squats, across

       3) 3 Rounds

           Min 1: As many Cals as possible on the rower

           Min 2: 10 Power Cleans 95/65

           Min 3: 20 Wall Balls
