Comp 1) Work up to a heavy complex of:

                 1 Power Clean + 1 Low Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk

             2) Gymnastics Benchmarks:  (If you're using Beyond the Whiteboard this is an opportunity to establish a benchmark or set a PR, in as many as possible.)

                 A: Pull ups, max set

                 B: Weighted Pull ups, 1Rm

                 C: Push ups, max set

                 D: Handstand Push up, max set

                 E: Double Unders, max set

                 F: Muscle ups, max set

                 G: Box Jump, max height (someone must hold the box for you)
