Classes will run as normal for the AM and Lunch crews. For the PM Crew I will post available heat times in the morning from 4-as long as it takes. Text me tomorrow if you would like to reserve a time. 902-393-0008 Open spots will be first come first served. (Sign up when you arrive) Please be ready for your heat or risk being bumped to the end.

My prediction is this is not one you'll want to repeat, so properly prepare yourself, and give it your all. Steady pace from the start, don't go too fast in the first 5mins.
