          10 Overhead Squat

          10 Squat Therapy

       2) Snatch 4x3

 

L2)  1) Build to a moderate: Pause Overhead Squat

       2) Build to a Heavy:

           1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + Overhead Squat

 

Comp)  1) Build to a Heavy OHS

              2) Build to a Heavy:

                  1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch + 1 OHS

              3) AMRAP 10:

                  10 OHS 95/65

                  10 TTB
