L1 & L2) 5 sets climbing in weight (unbroken for each movement)
12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Power Clean + 6 Push Jerks
Comp) 1) EMOM x 10
1 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk followed by 1 Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk (climbing)
2) 5 sets of the following complex:
12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Power Clean + 6 Push Jerks (climbing)
(1 drop allowed after 11th Deadlift, but you must immediately pick it up and finish) rest as needed between sets
