Number = Repetitions (Face Cards = 10)

 

Hearts = AbMat Situps

Diamonds = Goblet Squats

Spades = Kettlebell Swings

Clubs = Burpees

 

Cards are flipped over one at a time, the next card is flipped only when everyone has completed the repetitions.
