Partner Workout

12min AMRAP:

1 Burpee

2 Step-ups

2 Burpees

4 Step-ups

3 Burpees

6 Step-ups

etc.

Partner 1 does 1 Burpee & 2 Step-ups, Partner 2 does the same.  Partner 1 does 2 Burpees & 4 Step-ups and so on.

 

Additional Strength:

Deadlift 10-8-6-4-2
