                 B: 1x2 Push Jerk

                 C: 1x1 Split Jerk

              2) 2x10 Back Squats

              3) Rowing:

                   A: 3 Attempts at max Calories per hour

                   B: 6x 15 on, 1:45 off.  Goal is to maintain 90% of best "A" score

                   C: 4x 30 on, 1:30 off.  Goal is to maintain 85% of best "A" score
