The sum of the best of 3 attempts in:

Back Squat

Press

Deadlift

 

You may warm-up any way you like.  When you're ready to lift you have 3 attempts to establish a 1RM in each of the movements.  Your heaviest sucessful lift in each will be added to give you a Total.
