The CrossFit Games Open has started....

15.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:

15 Toes-to-Bar

10 Deadlifts 115/75

5 Snatches 115/75

immediatley followed by:

6:00 to establish a 1-rep-max Clean & Jerk

the majority of the class will be for those who have officially signed up for The Open, however there will be a few time slots for anyone else wanting to give it a go. (its a 15min workout)
