one athlete completes a full round while the other rests, then switch

6 Week Challenge starts now. We'll be using the CrossFit Total (Jan 8) as a measure of Strength and a 2,000m Row (Jan 5) as a measure of Conditioning. If you're interested and missed either of these workouts from last week you can do them this week. There will be a cash prize to the male and female who show the most improvement. To be eligable for the pot you must pay the $10 entry fee this week.
