Team Tuesday:

 

A) 15-12-9 Burpee Facing Box Jumps

     50 Double Unders between each round

B) 12-9-6 Burpee Facing Box Jumps

     50 Double Unders between each round

 C) 9-6-3 Burpee Facing Box Jumps

     50 Double Unders between each round  

 

Optional 150m row or run to replace Double Unders as space allows.

 

Partner 1 Completes the entire triplet A) and then tags partner 2 whom also completes A) then tags Partner 1 who moves on to B) and so on....

only one athlete will be working at a time and everyone will complete A) B) & C)  this will not be a timed worked out.
