Warm-up

Jumping Jacks

Push-ups

Walking Lunge

Squat (hold bottom of 15th squat for 10 sec)

CONDITIONING

5 Rounds

200m Run (2 laps)

5 Tuck Jumps

10 V-sits

5 Tuck Jumps

rest then:

200 m Walking Lunge (2 laps)
