C) Push Jerk from Front Rack

D) Split Jerk from Front Rack

 

STRENGTH

Back Squat 3x3 across

 

CONDITIONING

EMOM x 15

Min 1: 7 Push Jerks

Min 2: :45 Hollow Hold

Min 3: 7 Pullups, do as many as possible strict then kip when needed
