Getting Started

We now offer two easy ways to get started.  Group Fitness Classes or Private Fundamentals Training.

Group Fitness Classes are programmed with our beginner athletes in mind.  These group classes provide a fun and comfortable setting to learn the basics.  We focus on mechanics and consistency of movements.  We learn as we go.  Previous experience is not required.  


Our Fundamentals Program is a fast track to our regular classes.  you'll complete four private training sessions and one coach assisted group workout.  Fundamentals will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit, and answer all the questions you have when getting started.  Once this training is complete you are free to join any of our classes.
